As a school counselor, college and career readiness is at the center of a strong developmental, comprehensive school counseling program. Using a minimum of four (4) outside resources, answer the following questions:

3) How would you gather data (information) that would inform the steps that are outlined in your plan of action?
4) What role would parents play in supporting the school plan?
5) How would you assess the effectiveness of the plan and what specific metrics would you use that are currently available in our public schools?
