Emotional and behavior disorders (EBDs) is the general title for the different categories and types of disordered behavior. As a special educator, it is important to know and understand the various types of disordered behavior that you may interact with. The purpose of this assignment is to better understand the specific ways that children may exhibit EBD and their possible causal factors.
Consider the following categories:
Conduct disorders
Anxiety and related disorders
Disorders of thinking or communicating

Description of each category above
Explanation of etiology and prevalence of each category above
Names and descriptions of affiliated disorders or conditions for each category above, as well as a description of how the disorder/condition may affect a child’s education and personal life
