Identify 3 areas you believe to be your strengths and 3 areas you believe to be your weaknesses. Provide rationale (explain) for each based on the assessments/activities taken, and your personal experience.
Develop a plan to change three of your key weaknesses/behaviors/skills in the next year. What steps will you take? How will you know if you have been successful? How long is it going to take you to complete the steps. It should be an ACTION plan for changing your three key weaknesses. Be sure to include a timeline and steps you would take to improve yourself in those areas identified. Your goals should be measurable – you should be able to know that you have completed your goal.
Last, list and describe the most surprising thing you learned about yourself throughout the course. Why was it surprising? 200-400 words.

Length is a MINIMUM of 8 content pages, not including your cover page, table of contents and bibliography.
You need a cover page, table of contents and a bibliography (Your paper must include an introduction, body of the paper with the six identified areas, conclusion and bibliography)
Please use headings to identify each of the 3 areas of strength and weaknesses. Use headings make it easier for the reader to ensure you have covered each of the areas.
One inch margins on both sides.
You must attach a bibliography citing your sources. I will strictly adhere to the general rules covering direct quotation from and citation of materials that are not your own work.
You MUST have citations in the body of your paper. using APA. If you are not familiar with these, now is the time to become so. This is YOUR responsibility. Any paper that violates these requirements will receive no credit. Meaning if you do not use
citations in the body of your paper, or have a bibliography you will receive zero points on your paper.
