The Requirements are as follows:
1) Title Page –a) Name of Case Study,
b) Name of Participants
2) Case Study — Provide the Facts of the Case
3) Ethical Theory — What Ethical Theory Will Provide the Framework of the Analysis? What Ethical Practice Will Provide the Framework of the Analysis? Define and explain the ethical theory/practice and be comfortable fully explaining the analysis of the theory in relation to the unethical situation you have chosen, including the environment that surrounds the situation.
4) Analysis — Each Team Member Must Provide an Analysis
5) Analysis: Team Member 1
5) Analysis: Team Member 2
8) Conclusion: My Role as Leader — Each Team Member Must Provide Minimum of 6 Sentences on What They See as the Role of Leader in Regards to this Case Study. What should the leader have done, which would have provided a different outcome — that is, provide a possible solution to problem or fill the Gap.
9) Include three (3) Action Steps that will change the trajectory – the current path — the current course of action — of the unethical behavior of the individual and / or the institution, environment, structure, government, government agency that may encourage or turn a blind eye to the unethical behavior. Consider that the internal and external environment may have encouraged the unethical behavior.
10) In-text Citations (as needed) AND References [four (4) (minimum)] Must be Provided.
