Watch the “Give them the Pickle” Video. Do you think companies understand this basic philosophy? Do you think the methods used to build customer relationships should vary according to the size of the company? Can you think of an example of you being on the sending or receiving end of a “pickle”?
All discussion posts should have a minimum of two full paragraphs and include at least two references – one of which can be the textbook, if appropriate. References should be in APA format.
Once you have completed your initial post, spend time reviewing the submissions of your classmates. Respond with substantive comments to other classmates (at least one full paragraph). Refer to the Discussion Rubric if you have questions.
Remember – all discussions must be professional and respect your classmates’ opinions. You can disagree but disagree professionally and back up your arguments with academic sources.
