Do not accept if you can not get the book information

and self-care (10th ed.). Cengage
This week we continue learning about group dynamics, specifically, goals, norms, disruptive behaviors and communication. This week’s discussion post contains 4 parts for you to address.
Part I: In chapters 4 and 5, we learned about disruptive behavior types in group settings If you were a group facilitator, which type of disruptive behavior as listed in chapter 4 do you feel would be the most challenging for you to address if a group member presented with this behavior. Explain why and then think of two strategies you could employ to address the disruptive behavior.
Part II; In chapter 5, we learned about defense mechanism and how we sometimes default to these mechanism to avoid unwanted feelings. Of the different types of defense mechanisms, which defense mechanism resonated with you the most. Describe the defense mechanism type that you choose and explain how this mechanism functions to keep away unwanted feelings. Then describe two effective communication strategies that a person can employ instead of this defense mechanism.
Part III. As we learned this week, constructive feedback is essential to effective communication.
This week’s other assigned reading from Hardavella, et al. (2017), describes very distinct models for giving feedback. If someone were to give you feedback on your performance which model would you prefer they use? Be sure to give an overview of the model of feedback and describe why you would choose it.( I addd the file for additional eading low
